Incompatible plugins? Media Analytics and Heatmap Session Recording

Good afternoon,

We just bought Media Analytics plugin and we have a critical problem. When we activate this plugin in our on premise installation, another plugin (Heatmap Session Recording) is automatically deactivated, and vice versa, when we activate Heatmap Session Recording, Media Analytics is automatically deactivated.

Do you know why? Did you have this problem before?

You have possibly purchased each plugin with a different email address, they are not on the same account. If you could email shop@innocraft.com with two email addresses you used, we can merge these for you.
