Impossible to add/modify segment since update to 4.5

Hi,

I’m having trouble to add and modify segments recently, (probabaly since with updated from 3.14.1 to 4.5).

I get the following error :

Add_segment_matomo_2
Add_segment_matomo_2898×613 33.2 KB

There is a job that does generate reports automatically, is there something else to do ?
