How to Simply Activate Tag Manager Option & Menu

Hi,

Spent 30 minutes to try to activate the Tag Manager feature on the Matomo Cloud.
Nothing on the help, videos showing already the top menu entry “Tag Manager” that is absent from the Matomo Cloud interface I have…
So, how to activate this feature since it’s present in the offer we have.

Do the user you use to access Matomo have sufficient rights to access the Tag Manager? (is he administrator?)
