How to Show number of downloads and page visits directly in web pages?:S

Hi,
Can i show the number of downloads under each file?
e.g.:
Book1.pdf
Downloaded 341 times

Book2.pdf
Downloaded 156 times

Also, can i show number of visits at the bottom of each page?
(e.g.: you are visitor number: 245 to this page) ?

Or the information can be accessed only via the control panel?

I am new to piwik and my php and other scriptlanguages are just arround the basics so I would be very happy if anybody of you experts could help me and tell what i have to do.

Is the plugin mantioned above can solve this problem ? and is it directly avilble in mozila add-ones? But if I want to create my own plugin which is totally coustomized as per my application requirement then is it possible to make it ? can any one suggest some solutions please ?
