Fetch your tracking code from Settings -> Websites and then scroll right until you see the link “Show tracking tags”.
For blogspot: I think you need to adjust the theme you’re using to embed the tracking code properly.

Yes, login to your piwik installation. You find the link to Settings on the top right corner.

No, you have to install Piwik on a web host first, not locally.
