How to see site speed in Piwik?

In my current installation of Piwik 1.11.1 I seem to be unable to access the site speed feature described here Site speed and Page speed - Analytics Platform - Matomo

How do I get to this feature?

I just noticed the same thing neither one is able to be accessed how those directions state you linked to.

Afaik will be part of 1.1.12 … you can grab beta from Index of /
