How to have auto registration for new users?

Hi

I’m giving piwik analytics for the bloggers on my online community.
I want my users to register in piwik themeselves, like Google Analytics, which means they sign up > add their website > get the tracking code.

Currently this process should be done by admin.
There’s no link in Login page to let new users register and get the tracking code.
