How to export data and upload into a new piwik installation

I have uploaded piwik to a new location on a new server/database. How can I upload my data from the first installation?

I did look, but maybe in the wrong place. I only found something about reinstalling piwik with a link to a wordpress help page on codex and stuff like that. Thanks for the link.
