How do use API to get Multi sites status

I’m trying to use matomo API to get all site information.
I can get 1 site https://demo.matomo.org/?module=API&method=API.getMetadata&idSite=3&apiModule=VisitsSummary&apiAction=get&format=xml&token_auth=anonymous

How do I get Multi sites?
