How do I add my website to Matomo for getting the accurate stats?

I am used to google analytics and don’t use any other app or software for knowing the performance of my websites. I have got 3 questions.

1. How accurate Matomo results are?
2. How do we connect our website with Matomo to look after the performance of our website.
3. Are we allowed to add more than 1 website to Matomo or we can just get the analysis of just one website?

1. How accurate Matomo results are?

As Matomo can track 100% of visits it can be more accurate than Google (that can encounter some difficulties with user cookie opt-out and also that doesn’t take all visits into account in case of high volumes)
