How could i convert the ip address in database?

when i check the database,i found the data in the piwik_log_visit,there is a row called location_ip

but ip address in it is like 3776113878,708521720,1769745128,not like the normal ip address like 219.152.29.36 58.27.161.64 etc…

how could i get the ip address like 219.152.29.36?

how could i convert it to the normal formate?
