from version 2.2.1 I have Visitor log showing all raw columns (see attachments) instead of the usual layout (with icons etc), this is with every browser I could test.

can you try to re-upload all files of Piwik, in particular the ones in plugins/Live/* ?

re-uploaded all files but nothing changed.
If I use PHP 5.3.5 I have no error but Visitor log shows “raw” columns (see above attachments).
If I use PHP 5.4.0 I have still raw columns but with the error above showing in the Actiondetails column.
Before version 2.2.0 everything was fine. What can you suggest? Thank you
Update:
Deleted old installation except for config.ini, reinstalled latest.zip via ssh nothing changed, I have visitor log as a raw table, see my first attachment above.
Very disappointed as the raw table is hard to read. Should I try the new beta version? Thank you

I have tested the rc, and i always have the problem.
I have two installation of piwik (with differents data), on one installation, i have the problem, and on the other installation i don’t have the problem. But the two intallation you the same php-fpm service and so the same version.

I had to downgrade to ver 2.0.1, it seems every version past that is affected in my case.
