When I review monthly stats report, we have a line for the phone directory on our website and then directly underneath there is a separate line for phone-directory/ - Others. Both lines have similar results. What does the “other” refer to and should I be adding these numbers together so that I have a more accurate report? Any suggestions on what should be programmed so these results are merged or keep them separate?
For example:
phone-directory 1,753
phone-directory/ - Others 1,625
