Help.. Connection timed out while updating

My connection timed out while “Auto updating”.

Now I just get the following error.:

A fatal error occurred

The following error just broke Matomo (v3.7.0):

Cannot access private property Piwik\Plugins\ScheduledReports\Model::$rawPrefix

in

/public_html/piwik/core/Updates/3.7.0-b1.php line 32

I cant “Restart Web server” as I’m on a shared host and not the admin.

Any suggestions ?

I cant login / I cant update. It just errors.

Hi,

Whenever some file in Matomo get corrupted, you can easily fix it by either overwriting all files with the ones from the latest zip or if you want to be completly sure it is fixed, backup the config/config.ini.php and replace all other files with the latest version as explained here:
