Hello!
I need some help with the plugin “Heatmaps and session recordning” that we use in our on-prem installation.
There are many clicks and moves in my heatmap, but only a very small amount of scrolls, for example 0,1 %, and it does not make sense. How are scrolls calculated?
I have looked all over the documentation but I can not find any information about how scrolls are calculated and visualised. Please could you help me understand why scrolls are so significantly small?
