Graphs Not Showing In Mobile

Hi, I’m on the leatest version of Piwik Mobile and graphs are not showing, though GD is enabled.

Any ideas?

Sorry, BAR CHARTS are not showing, just a stock image with bars that are not associated with Piwik Mobile, not with accurate data.

I have the latest version of both enabled.

Hi comptech520,

could you give me some more details about your device? Do you use Android/iOS? Which version?

Which Piwik Server version do you use?

Are only bar charts not showing but other graphs are showing?

Could you log in to your Piwik installation on a normal browser and open the following link?

http://demo.piwik.org/?module=API&method=ImageGraph.get&idSite=1&period=day&date=today&apiModule=UserCountry&apiAction=getCountry&outputType=0&showMetricTitle=1&fontSize=9&aliasedGraph=1&format=JSON

Maybe you have to change the “idSite” value: idSite=1 to another number. Does the link display a bar chart?

The following link brings me an error (with my server) whether I’m logged in or just manually input the link. I did try a few other idSite numbers.

{“result”:“error”, “message”:“You can’t access this resource as it requires an ‘view’ access for the website id = 2.”}

I did see some bar charts in Piwik itself on the webserver, though just not mobile.

I am using 1.8.3, and the latest version of the Mobile app. I am on an Droid, Razr Maxx with ICS 4.0 as the OS.

Thanks

Ok, you’ll find the correct “idSite” number by clicking on “Settings” and then selecting the tab “Websites”. There should be displayed some IDs on the left. Do you have access to “settings”?

Oh yea sure do, I have IDs 1-5, since there are 5 sites.

Just didn’t come up when I went to the direct URL, even when I was logged in.

Argh! I forgot to mention you also have to replace the Piwik domain with your domain (and maybe add path to Piwik). I mean this part “http://demo.piwik.org” . Sorry!

Oh I did!

I’ll PM you my domain.
