Graphing not working all the time

When in Pages, clicking onto graph icon does nothing. Then, at other times it works.
Also, many times graph icon is simply missing.

I use Firefox 15.

Anyone else experiencing this?

its normal that graph icon is missing from some reports.

can you post a screenshot showing the bug that sometimes graphs dont work?

First file (no work) shows graph icon with no reaction when mouse over, cannot be clicked on.

Second file shows no graph icon at all when moused over.

I just checked thi on one of my other sites, same thing. I was able to get this result on a single page at the same time, that is, some pages would have graph icon showing, and some would not. I would not be able to click onto the graph icon to get the report show up.

Do you see the same problem on demo.piwik.org or only in your piwik?

demo.piwik.org works fine. My sites also work fine at some times, but not at other. Lately they mostly don’t work. I haven’t noticed this before the last update. But I must admit that I haven’t used the feature much during the summer, so it may be an issue even before the last update. I’ll check my other sites and report back.

Hi there,

After upgrading to 1.8.4 I’m experiencing the exact same problem as pwkuser. I upgraded using the 1-click upgrade link.

On Actions > Pages for example;
[ul]
[li]pages from the root www.domain.com/random-page are not displaying the icon at all.
[/li][li] pages in a sub folder www.domain.com/folder/random-page are showing the icons but as pwkuser said, they’re not clickable.
[/li][/ul]

The html for the button is loaded for those sub pages;

Tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari all showing the same behaviour.

Firebug & Web developer are not showing any javascript errors, so I’m not sure what’s going on?

It’s a very neat feature, so it would be a shame not being able to use it.

BTW, this problem I experience only when in the Pages tab. Graphs always work fine from home page (keywords, search engines, etc.)

Thanks for the suggestion. But if there’s no easy fix for now, I’d rather wait those extra weeks for the final release of 1.9.

Jep, same here. The widgets on the Dashboard work fine.
