Getting internal ip

Hi I am not able to see actual IP of the user in piwik I am getting internal ip of firewal instead, I have installed GEOIP (Apache) but still it is not working I have attached piwik snapshot .

Hi this is an isssue of firewall you have to configure your firewall acordingly.
It can be rechecked by putting a html file in /var/lib/html directory and acess it from public ip and view
httpd logs you will get firewall ip.
