Get an 500 if loading some ressources with version 3.13.x

Hello

We get an 500 error, if matomo want load individual images, For example analytics/plugins/Morpheus/images/smileyprog_1.png no problem and analytics/plugins/Morpheus/images/zoom-out-disabled.png throws a 500.
We use matomo with nginx 1.17.1. All in a docker conatiner.

we have looked in the server and it seems, that the icons are broken. We exchange them and it works, but that isn’t a solution.

Have somebody an idea?

Hi,

Can you check the server log(s) (php, webserver) for more information?

We use the docker image from matomo version 3.12.0 and tried also 3.13.2

in our graylog i don’t find any helpful logs :frowning:
