Does the Form Analytics plugin also create a USERID for a user if they submit a form so you can recognize them on subsequent visits?

Or the default config just gives you higher level data on forms and we’d have to write our own add on to pass data to the UserID option in Matomo?

Hi,

Form analytics will not automatically create a USERID. You will need to generate and assign this: User ID - Analytics Platform - Matomo Please note the USERID needs to be set for each page.
