File critical error

Hi

I am supporting a client on Matomo on premise installation. We have looked and seen that the critical error reported by Matomo is regarding the node modules folder included in their GitHub repo + files included in that.

Any idea why files would be flagged by Matomo as to be “deleted”?

I think there is some little bugs… that have been fixed in the last 4.6.1 version
