Export anywhere widget

Hi,

on the tab widget when I click “Export anywhere” I have always an error message “Thanks for trying Launchpad On-Page. Unfortunately, your user ID is invalid. Please check it and try again.” What should I do?

I have the same problem right now, July 9 2009, Piwik 0.4.1.

unfortunately I think we will have to ask all piwik users to register with clearspring and put their own clearspring user ID in piwik, as ours seem to be banned regularly…

Let me quote a part of their TOS:

Each registration is for Your personal use, or for the use of the single company or organization on whose behalf You access the Site and use the Service, but the Site and the Service may not be used on behalf of more than one entity under one registration.

Maybe you can make an agreement offsite of this term?
