Since about 1 month, I replaced GA by Matomo : it was installed on my OVH server and worked perfectly.
I had excluded my own IP addresses (visits of my site from my own PC) and my local visits with WampServer (localhost).
In recent days, exclusion for localhost no longer works: however the localhost IP (127.0.0.1) is still in the list of excluded IP. But the exclusion for IP of my PC is always working well !
I fully reinstalled Matomo without any success.
I also tried the other method: putting a cookie on my browser but no result.
What must be done to ensure that visits via localhost with the WampServer are excluded ?
