ERROR when press "Plugins" button

Hi there…
When I press the Plugins button I get an error and a timeout !
I have RH, Nginx and Piwik 2.17.1
Anyone with this issue ?

Maybe your installation can’t reach outside marketplace to check plugins versions?

You need outgoing connection in your server, curl module for php and if behind a proxy you must configure proxy parameters inside config.ini.php
