Error when installing - failed to write cache file

Hello
I am trying to install Piwik for my site www.tastesofthehunterwinetours.com.au in a directory on the root directory called “analytics”.

I have unzipped the Piwik.zip and uploaded all the files in binary mode. I had trouble getting a file called “temp” to upload. No matter what I do I can’t seem to get it to upload.

When I go to http://www.tastesofthehunterwinetours.com.au/analytics/ I get the following error:
"/nas/content/live/suzsheldon523/analytics/tmp/templates_c/ad/ad560ecf5a2f12b

Any help to resolve this so I can install Piwik?

try to give 777 permission to the analytics/tmp/ folder and sub-folders

I’ve just tried changing everything inside the “tmp” folder including the
folder itself to 777 permissions and I still seem to have the same problem.

Anything else we can do?

I’m just concerned that this error will mean Piwik isn’t functioning
correctly? Is that the case?
