Error: Unknown Column: log_visit.visit_total_actions (Piwik 3.0.3)

Hi,

I just installed Piwik 3.0.3 and get the error:
Unknown column ‘visit_first_action_time’ in ‘field list’ in the Tracker call.

As far as I can see, the installation was OK.
I there a way to do a consistency check on tables and columns?
Looking at the error thrown in the log, more colums are missing.

Suggestions?
