Error sending report by email

I get this error when sending reports by email:

An error occured while sending ‘PDF Email Report - 1.2014-06-09.6.pt.pdf’ to ciese@ese.ipp.pt. Error was ‘5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender’

I don’t know which sender is piwik using because the admin email is correct and is able to send messages to that specific email. Where can i find more info about this.

It sounds like your mail server does not let you send email with the default FROM email address. Please try change it to something else? see: http://piwik.org/faq/how-to/faq_109/
