Error on Visits per local time report

Hi

I selected a date range; I navigated to Times section then just switched the report to tabular format. At times, I see strange data there. Attaching screenshot of the same. This happened many times but not always. It was not getting reset to right data even after a couple of refresh/clearing caches etc.
I am using piwik 2.12.1 version.

please upgrade to 2.13.1 and if you still have the issue let the developers know with a bug report at: Issues · matomo-org/piwik · GitHub
