Error on updating from 1.6 to 2.03

When i made the update i got this message:

An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template (“SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘vsaozh_piwik.piwik_segment’ doesn’t exist”) in “@CoreHome/_indexContent.twig” at line 4.

Enable the plugin “SegmentationEditor” and try again?
