Hi all,
I’m having trouble logging into Piwik Web Analytics. It either states that my username and/or password are incorrect or I get the following message:
“Error: You can’t access this resource as it requires an ‘view’ access for the website id = 1.”
I am 100% certain my login details are correct and it seems to be a site wide issue. I’ve also had to sign up as a new user with new details to be able to use this forum.
Any help?

We haven’t heard of such issue yet. Are you using our latest version?
Maybe you could try to “reset” your password and then it would work?

Thank you so much for getting back to me!
I’ve only been using Piwik for three weeks, so I assume it is still the latest version?
It seems Piwik won’t recognize my account at all now. I’ve tried changing my password but it said my username was invalid (trust me: it is 100% correct). I used my e-mailaddress instead and changed it but then was unable to log in even after the change. Piwik is very persistent about my details being wrong, even though they are the same details I used to be able to change the password in the first place.
Help?
Update: it works! I have kept trying andddd… succes!
