Error installing 2.12.1

After uploading Piwik 2.12.1, I am getting this error when I try to install. 2.2 ran ok, but I got an error when I tried automatic update.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/coreyoga/public_html/piwik/vendor/leafo/lessphp/lessc.inc.php on line 2439

Any thoughts?
