Error during manual update

Today I tried a manual update to Version 1.11.1 and received the following error:

PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Piwik_Tracker_Cache’ not found in /var/htdocs/piwik/core/Piwik.php on line 136

I used the latest version.

You updated Piwik - maybe something went wrong during update. Please re-upload the latest version to make sure all files are intact.
