Email Reports change of date selection not working

In Matomo 3.11.0, f I try to select a different year for a month report at the top of the Email Reports screen, it doesn’t work. I can only get a valid month report if that month is already displayed in that date/range box at the top of the screen. e.g. select month report, select month/year (July 2018), then apply, the original selection of August 2019 appears again. The only way to select July 2018 is to select a date range 1 July 2018 to 31 July 2018, which is more or less the same thing, but doesn’t give you a monthly traffic graph like August 2019 does. A couple of days ago on 1 August, it was possible to produce a report for July 2019, because when selecting ‘month’, July 2019 would be initially displayed. However now, we are further into August, August 2019 is displayed and it can no longer select ‘July 2019’. There is a workaround as I have mentioned but wanted to highlight it in case it had not been identified.
