eCommerce Data Not Being Reprocessed

Hi all,

We have Matomo being self hosted and we’ve faced the json_decode issue on core/Common.php which was already fixed. But this led the ecommerce data to not be processed.

I’ve tried to reprocess the historical data ( https://matomo.org/faq/how-to/faq_155/ ) but it didn’t worked. Are the ecommerce data not stored in historical data? How can I debug to check if ecommerce data is at the historical source?

In my knowledge of Matomo, all reports (except visits logs) need data to be archived (processed). Then invalidate past historical data should work on them.
Can you confirm you see e-commerce actions in the visits log (at the date you mentioned i didn’t work)?
Can you confirm data have been invalidated for the good site ID / date / range? (check maybe the invalidation log)
