Dutch translation: The ' character is displayed as '

For the dutch language; the menu item “Entry Pages” under “Actions”,
is translated as:
“Pagina’s waarlangs de bezoeker binnen kwam"
instead of
"Pagina’s waarlangs de bezoeker binnen kwam”

The ’ character is wrongfully shown as '
The same for “Pages” and “Exit Pages”.

Is this a wrong translation or is this caused by wrong character handling?
