Duplicate entry for key primary after Update to Matomo 4

followed by updating the “version_core” value to version “4.0.1” because still “3.4.1” was there.

Please don’t manually update the version in the database as this way you skip applying all database changes that are needed for the update.

Hello, I have tried to upgrade matomo to version 4.0.0-b1. I have have done the following: Backed up configuration and DB. Configured the maintenance mode and stop recording statistics. Downloaded and unzipped the matomo zip file. Used “./console core:update”.
