Does a clicked outlink count as a bounce?

Hi! I got two questions regarding bounce rate:

If a user enter my web page and clicks an external link, does it count as a bounce?

If a user enter my web page and download a file and then leave, does it count as a bounce?

Anyone know the answers to the questions above?

Following what is written there

As soon as an event has been sent from the page, there is no bounce.

No it doesnt count as bounce

Indeed. When you view a page, and then there’s an event, it’s not a bounce.
