Disconnects from Matomo UI in load balanced database environment

Hi, I have recently created multiple nodes for my Matomo database, and have set up a load balancer between all nodes. I can access the UI and view all data without issue, however users sometimes get disconnected from the Matomo UI while using it, even if they check the remember me box on the login page.

I was wondering if some else had experienced a similar issue and was able to solve it?

Do you mean getting logged out even the Remember me is set?

Yes, user sessions are not persisted even when using the remember me setting.

Users also experience disconnections while viewing their tracked data.
