Dev down, need help, GeoIP

Well, I have not been able to get onto the dev site for a few days now and all I need is an area to download the latest version of the GeoIP pluggin. It has been difficult getting my hands on this since the site has been down.

Does anyone know of another location to download this pluggin? OR…do we know when dev will be operational again?

We’re exploring options. Due to some abuse of the site, the server was moved behind a more restrictive router/firewall. For example, I can access the site over my cable Internet access but not my ADSL.
