My problems is as follows:
I’ve deleted the website which loads first when I log in into the Piwik. I’ve deleted it from piwik_site (tale). How can I specify manually (from the database) a different website which will load on login.

if you deleted this website using the UI or the API this should not be a problem. What is the error message you get?
