we are successful run matomo since a year with 9 sites. Few days ago I added a new site, with the same settings of the other sites we have, but it does not receive hits.
Looking at matomo access.log I can see:

So the access.log hits related to the ‘not working’ website looks to be the same we can see for the working websites.
How to debug why I can’t see them in matomo?
We do not have space problem of course.
