I would like to report a major issue with Matomo.
Data that is tracked correctly (according to the real-time analysis and the user log) is not displayed correctly in the dashboard and overview. The numbers vary depending on the way the period is displayed. This problem occurs especially when using segments.
If I choose any segment XY for the period (date range) 29.03.2021 - 04.04.2021, no data is displayed. An error message has been displayed for several days now, that these areas have no data because the segment i requested (XY) has not yet been processed by the system. Data for this segment should be available in a few hours once processing is complete. (If not, there is a problem). – It seems there would be a problem.
If instead I choose the same period but select “week” rather than “date range”, the data IS being displayed.
Is this a known issue and is there a fix?
Please note that the Matomo account has been transferred from one domain onto another just recently.
