Hello. I noticed that there is no data on my dashboard or on any other pages since 10/1 (Oct. 1st). The last major changes made were deployed on 9/29 (last Friday) and everything appeared to be working fine on Friday and Saturday.
Our Development Team confirmed they made minor changes yesterday, but nothing that would interfere with incoming data.
Anyone else have this issue?
Hi @ahartsfield
How do you track? Do you use the QueueTracking plugin? Did you recently activate any plugin?
Do you still receive data in the real-time view / visits log?
@heurteph-ei we added plugins on 8/28 for a 30-day free trial for Heatmap/Record Sessions and Custom Report Plugin. We decided to keep the plugins. Do you think that is the issue?
Hi @ahartsfield
How do you track? (basic JavaScriot, MTM, log import, PHP API, HTTP API, etc.)
Do you still receive data in the real-time view / visits log?
Can you check in the Matomo errors log file?
@heurteph-ei we use a customized version of the javascript. Yes, we still receive real-time view / visit logs
Here is what our Super User provided from the system check report:

Hi @ahartsfield
It seems the problem does not come from tracking (as you till have data in the visits log), but from data archiving.
How is archiving configured? (See in
> System > General settings, the section Archiving settings)
