Data in Sales Report and Channel Grouping Segment differences


I am facing an issue while trying to understand which of my channel grouping is converting the most.

In the Sales Report : I have for example 4 orders attributed to “Direct” channel.
When I am using a segment based on “Direct trafic”, Matomo shows me 10 orders.
These 10 orders are also found in the User Log report.

I told myself maybe Matomo is using a different Attribution model than last-click in the “Sales Report per Channel” but when I am looking at the data in the “Multi-Attribution” report, the data is once again different…

Why such differences and at the end what Attribution Model is used in the Sales Report per Channel because it doesn’t seem to be Last-click while it doesn’t match the User Log report ??
