Custom Dimension "Value not defined"

Hello,

I have a problem with customDimension’s valorization.
I call this 2 function in console:

_paq.push([‘setCustomDimension’, customDimensionId = 1, customDimensionValue = ‘Member’]);
_paq.push([‘trackGoal’,1,0, {dimension1: ‘DimensionValue’}]);

but in Dashboard -> Action -> CustomDimension -> Dimension I have " Value not defined".

I assume you’ve installed the plugin, correct?

Hi,

I have Pro version of Piwik and in Menu I already see custum dimension section.

Sorry, I was just reading the manual and it tells you to install a plugin. Does the Pro version have the plugin installed automatically? I don’t have the pro version.

Perhaps you need to contact support directly?
