Custom data not tracker

Hello, I have put into my updater:

$piwikTracker = new PiwikTracker( $idSite = 24 );

But the custom variable is not tracker.
If somebody can help me.

The call to trackPageView must come as last.

Can you put protection for this, like do echo 'warning: '…?

No, since it could also be intentional to call trackPageView at a later time.
