Completely lost

Dear people,

I am totally lost after trying to upgrade to 1.8.4

Tried to chmod and set the rights good, which failed probably, deleted all the files, uploaded a fresh version, but still I get errors and I can’t fix it… :
Try to Execute the following commands on your server:

chown -R www-data:www-data /home/admin/domains/ga-stats.nl/public_html
chmod -R 0755 /home/admin/domains/ga-stats.nl/public_html/tmp
chmod -R 0755 /home/admin/domains/ga-stats.nl/public_html/tmp/templates_c
chmod -R 0755 /home/admin/domains/ga-stats.nl/public_html/tmp/cache
chmod -R 0755 /home/admin/domains/ga-stats.nl/public_html/tmp/assets
chmod -R 0755 /home/admin/domains/ga-stats.nl/public_html/tmp/tcpdf

The location of my Piwik install is:
http://ga-stats.nl/

Could anybody be of help here?

Set Chmod 755 to the piwik/tmp folder

and set chmod 755 to piwik/ folder

If it doesnt work, try setting chmod 777 to both ?

My hoster Versio has just reset the ownership of folders and files and all is well again!
Running 1.8.4 …
