Cohorts tab is NOT visible in Matomo

Hi all,

Cohorts tab is NOT visible in Matomo. The cohorts plugin is installed already and it was working fine earlier, but currently its not visible in matomo. Any idea why Cohorts is not visible in Matomo. I have licensed Matomo.
