CloudFlare Location Provider Plugin Question

Hi Everyone,

One of my Clients uses CloudFlare to manage their DNS and the plethora of other benefits that come with CloudFlare.

That being said, am I correct in my understanding that instead of using a GEO IP database or service I can simply install this plugin:

https://plugins.matomo.org/CloudflareLocationProvider

activate it and turn it on and it will provide the geolocation data?

(Does this also mean that every future client that I onboard will need to use CloudFlare?)

This assumption makes sense, but I can’t guarantee it as this plugin hasn’t been developed by the Matomo team.

So I’d recommend you to contact the author of the plugin (or invite him to comment here):
