My matomo seems to be tracking only partial access.
For example,
I find an access record of site “A”, one of my sites, on my reporting dashboard.
I click on the link of the site “A” on the dashboard and access to the site.
I reload my browser and let the tracking code load again.
I come back to the dashboard, but my access is not recorded on the dashboard.
I don’t use IP address exclusion and am wondering why matomo is not tracking my access to the site.
Anyone knows how to fix it?
